Artichoke Dip

This warm artichoke dip gets me rave reviews from friends and family. It was my mother's recipe from a long time ago.

1 Can artichokes packed in water, chopped
1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp chopped garlic

Combine all together in a baking dish (I usually top it with a bit more bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese for color)
Back at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until brown.

Serve with tortilla chips or on crackers. YUM!
