Chocolate Frosting

Makes 2 cups of frosting.


Ingredients:
5-6 tbsp. milk
1 stick softened butter
3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. baking cocoa
Instructions


Beat 1 cup of the powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. of the milk and the cocoa, butter and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until creamy.
Start on low speed and work your way up

Gradually beat in remaining sugar and milk until smooth and creamy.

This is so easy and delicious you will never buy canned icing again!

got an even easier one! get really good chocolate (whole foods market has big chunks near the cheese!) and melt it. add about equal amount of sour cream. so good it's scary :)
