Skillet Cookie

1 stick of butter, softened
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 C sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 C flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 C Oats
1 C chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
beat butter and sugars until creamy
add egg and vanilla nd mix
add combined baking soda, flour, salt and mix
stir in oats and chocolate chips

Press dough into nonstick oven safe skillet
bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool for 10 minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream!
